The bill (Reg. No. 2535) suggests settling legal relations arising in the process of legal exercising of state regulation in the sphere of handling with detergents and household products, as well as abolition to use phosphate based detergents and household products on the territory of Ukraine.
People’s deputies did not support proposed by the project division of responsibilities of bodies to conduct state control in the sphere of use of synthetic detergents and household chemicals, etc.
